Our Process

Miramar Mold Remediation – Once we have determined what the fungus is, it is time to get to work. We have an in-depth, in-house made process involving scraping the substance, treating the wood, stopping the spread and more. Mold remediation is no small task because mold spores easily are absorbed by the porous wood, but luckily our method is proven time and again to be the best in the business.

Water Damage Assessment – Often, when there is mold, there’s water. Our follow-up services will always search for water damage and potential leaks to make sure that we are adequately treating the source of the mold. If we stop the mold but don’t stop what’s causing the mold, we risk the return of the problem.
