AVAILABLE POSITIONS

The responsibilities of this position are:

  • Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
  • Water Extractions
  • Performing demolition
  • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
  • Setting up the van/ truck at the warehouse using the proper set-up procedures.
  • Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
  • Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
  • Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
  • Must maintain a safe work procedures and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions.
  • Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
  • Driving company vehicle as needed.
  • Upholding all company safety policies.
  • Upholding all company policies and procedures.
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call as needed.
  • Some night and weekend work is required. No work on Friday night or Saturday
  • IICRC certification(s) – WRT, AMRT a plus

The responsibilities of this position are:

  • Manage all projects, resources, equipment and participants from start to finish while maintaining profitability
  • Reviews and adjusts Budget based on actual costs to perform work.
  • Coordinate daily work scope for crews and technicians, delegating key tasks and reporting responsibilities
  • Participate in our On-Call Rotation – secure new losses and projects
  • Creating and maintaining a job activity paperwork and job site Inventories.
  • Preparing reports, documentations and other job related and administrative documents to Manager
  • Maintains Quality control
  • Meets job deadlines
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Certification: ICRC, WRT, AMRT a plus

The responsibilities of this position are:

  • Develop customer base from referrals and/or innovative cold-calling/client development strategies.
  • Local travel to client locations (some overnight may be required)
  • Systematic solicitation of targeted commercial prospects through face-to-face contact within a zone (B2B cold calling)
  • Developing professional relationships with customers (both in person and over the phone)
  • Proactively selling solutions to our customer’s problems (whether it’s providing products and technical advice or helping our customers build their businesses)
  • Compensation is on a commission basis and with the right strategy can make up to 100k+ a year.
